Return and Refund Categories
To request a return and refund, your order must fall into one or more of the following categories:

- If you receive the wrong product.
- If the product you receive does not match the description on the website.
- If the product is not delivered within the promised time frame.
- If you receive a product that you no longer want or that does not meet your expectations.
- If there is a problem with your payment, such as a double charge or incorrect amount charged.
- Customers should request a refund before 7 from the order received or order from completion.
Vendor Return and Refund Policy
Every vendor should abide by return and refund orders if the customer requests the refund points above. Also, the vendor can add their own refund policy, but that policy must follow the rules above.
Shipping Expenses
The customer should bear the shipping expenses if the product has to be returned.
Refund Process
To initiate a return and refund request, request a refund from order details or please contact our customer service team within seven days of the order being received or the order’s completion. Our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return address.
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund within seven business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method or your bank account.
