LANKANBAY Vendor Onboarding Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: Immediately upon vendor registration
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the onboarding of vendors (“you”, “Vendor”) to the LANKANBAY platform (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a multi-vendor online marketplace exclusively for authentic Sri Lankan products.
2. Commission Structure
- A standard 7% commission will be applied to the total value of each order completed via the Platform.
- This commission rate is subject to change at the sole discretion of LANKANBAY and may be updated at any time without prior notice.
3. Vendor Eligibility and Responsibilities
- You must be a registered business or individual seller authorised to sell authentic Sri Lankan products.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all product listings, pricing, descriptions, and availability.
- You must fulfil orders promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.

By registering and operating as a vendor on LANKANBAY, you agree to fully comply with the following policies:

LANKANBAY reserves the right to suspend or terminate any vendor account for violations of these Terms or other platform policies, including but not limited to:
- Sale of prohibited or inauthentic products
- Consistent delays in order fulfillment
- Infringement of intellectual property rights
- Fraudulent or deceptive activity
6. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
