Introduction<\/h2>\n<p>These Terms and Conditions (\u201cTerms\u201d) govern the onboarding of vendors (\u201cyou\u201d, \u201cVendor\u201d) to the LANKANBAY platform (\u201cPlatform\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, \u201cour\u201d), a multi-vendor online marketplace exclusively for authentic Sri Lankan products.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Commission Structure<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>A standard <strong>7% commission<\/strong> will be applied to the total value of each order completed via the Platform.<\/li>\n<li>This commission rate is subject to change at the sole discretion of LANKANBAY and may be updated at any time <strong>without prior notice<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Vendor Eligibility and Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>You must be a registered business or individual seller authorised to sell authentic Sri Lankan products.<\/li>\n<li>You are responsible for the accuracy of all product listings, pricing, descriptions, and availability.<\/li>\n<li>You must fulfil orders promptly and ensure high customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Compliance with Platform Policies<\/h2>\n<p>By registering and operating as a vendor on LANKANBAY, you agree to fully comply with the following policies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/lankanbay.com\/si\/refund_returns\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Privacy Policy<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/lankanbay.com\/si\/privacy-policy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Return &amp; Refund Policy<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/lankanbay.com\/si\/terms-and-conditions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Terms &amp; Conditions<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Termination and Account Suspension<\/h2>\n<p>LANKANBAY reserves the right to suspend or terminate any vendor account for violations of these Terms or other platform policies, including but not limited to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sale of prohibited or inauthentic products<\/li>\n<li>Consistent delays in order fulfillment<\/li>\n<li>Infringement of intellectual property rights<\/li>\n<li>Fraudulent or deceptive activity<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>6. Modifications<\/h2>\n<p>We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.<\/p>\n<h2>7.
